Buildings Made in Britain, Sold Internationally

By design, our modular aluminium-framed buildings are reusable, relocatable and recyclable, making them a more sustainable alternative to traditional construction methods.

In 2008 our Quality Management System gained BS EN ISO 9001 certification and in 2010, long before many others in our industry, we achieved our ISO14001 accreditation – the internationally recognised standard for Environmental Management Systems. Upholding this voluntary accreditation demonstrates that we remain committed to the efficient use of resources and the reduction of waste across our business operations.

Meaningful Change

We welcome the significant shift towards sustainability.

On the Structure Solutions side of the business, waste is minimal and even after years of usage, when we remove buildings from sites they come back to our manufacturing facility, cladding panels re-used and the frame recycled into another building.

Our approved supplier network is required to demonstrate their sustainability initiatives, and these are reviewed on a regular basis.

Investing in Quality

At our manufacturing facility along the South Coast of England, we use imported aluminium extrusions and turn them into buildings for growing businesses and show-stopping venues at well know events.

We’ve invested in new machinery to improve efficiency, reduce waste and create more capacity to support an expanding client base.

The forklifts in our warehouse are fully electric to improve the working environment of our staff and reduce our reliance on fossil fuels.

Giving Back

We continually support local charities through raising awareness and funds. Over the years, we’ve donated sponsorship packages and event tickets to raffles, joined fundraising events, held cake sale, joined cycles and sponsored runs. This year, we’re supporting Macmillan Caring Locally – A charity dedicated to offering palliative end of life care to families in our local community.

Recruiting Positivity

Our approach to recruitment is different. We don’t look for grades or qualifications. We look for attitude, a willingness to learn and a positive attitude. Some of the most senior members of our team started as students or site labourers, so it’s an ethos we apply to all aspects and roles within the Company.

We actively encourage internal progression and reward hard work. Our site staff move through a structured progression path so that, no matter where they are on that path, they can see how easily they can continue to develop their careers. In our Head Office team, some of our most senior employees began as site erectors or placement students. Progression isn’t just something we talk about. It’s real.
