This 20m x 30m stand alone temporary retail store was installed very recently to provide pop up facilities amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Finished with both ABS walls and glazing, we worked efficiently along side other contractors to have the structure installed in just 4 days.
Due to the immediate need for the structure, amends were being made to the requirements whilst the build was underway, which we were very responsive and accommodating towards. We added bespoke ramps for the customer entrance as well as the delivery team to ensure that both customers and staff had a fully functional retail environment to work and shop in.
The ExCel Nightingale had a smaller available space than the NEC, so we built a 6.25 x 15m temporary retail structure to ensure we made the most of the area. Naturally, this meant we were constructing within a very small space, as well as adhering to strict CDM site rules which was no issue for our professional team.
The structure was installed in 2 days and provided a temporary additional retail environment to compliment the permanent structure already there.
